21. Go outside. Staying cooped up indoors all the time can block our energy channels. Getting some fresh air in a healthy surrounding is as important as eating fresh food.

22. Be natural. Pretending to be something we are not just to impress can often create energy blocks. Flashing designer labels, acting important or name dropping reveals an inner inferiority complex being masqued. Let go of false self importance and free the spirit to be yourself and see your aura glow and grow in truth.

23. Express authentically. Those sugary sweet interactions are often a coating applied to hide our real views or feelings. The aim is often to gain a favour or maintain relations for future use. But what happens when we become two-faced is that we carry all this suppressed negativity inside which becomes grotesque by the day. Instead if we express our views authentically everyday, and allow others to do so freely, with open heart and mind, without fear of ego, and with forgiveness in our heart, interactions become more useful and positive. Our communication is then calm, authentic and meaningful, leading to expand everyones consciousness and reach mutual understanding. This way we actually prevent anger and blockages from building up and destroying health and relationships in future. If there is plenty of pent up unexpressed or hidden negativity inside from the past it can be exorcised and removed in a safe way with the help of expert healers or therapists to leave you detfoxified and cleansed, and then replace the space with positive energy of love and light.

24. Be Karma Conscious. A lot of health conditions may be inherited by birth from our past life karma or deeds. Thoughts, desires, emotions and actions all are karma which create our destiny consciously or unconsciously. Through meditative visions in regression therapy, our natal chart in astrology, psychic visions of intuition and other past life healing modalities, we can know the hidden past and bring to surface our unconscious karma. We can learn our lesson, of how we created our own illness or misfortune through our own past karma in present or past lifetimes. Then we can choose to let go of those unhealthy ways of living and generate better karma in the present moment towards our greater wellbeing.

25. Be Energy Conscious. Everything is energy. There is vibration in everything, whether potential or kinetic. Unuseful and harmful vibrations can be removed and replaced with better vibrations. Look at your own room, a painting with a sad face, a book with a negative title, a clock that has stopped, a broken artifact, newspaper with depressing headlines, unhappy music, a crime flick….all may be sending negative energy your way and unconsciously you might have been absorbing it to actually manifeset all those things. Replace with better vibration items that feel wonderful. Slowly you will gain the power to see the vibration or energy all around even where there is no physical matter, and learn how to transform that subtle energy too through energy healing. Its a science.

26. Heal at each level. If negative energy has already manifested into physical illness seek medical treatment and not just inner healing. If mind is affected consider psychotherapy or psychological counseling too. Spiritual healing is always good, whether or not there is a problem. Let that be the base, take it regularly and let it flow at all times. But if any past inner negativity has already become a disease of mind or body, feel unashamed to seek medical help as well.

27. Ground Yourself in the Present. Whatever may have happened until now, until the present moment, has already become your past. Talk about unwanted events in past tense. Every problem, each mistake, all sorrow WAS in past and need not continue to be in future. In present moment anything and everything is possible, but what will manifest depends on your WILL. Use your will power consciously in the present to create good always in each moment. Forgive and release the past. Let everything you say now be a positive affirmation. Choose to have positive feelings and thoughts right now. Do positive things this moment. This way negativity will have no scope of manifesting in future from NOW onwards.

28. Know Thyself. All nature including us, is an array of various manifestations of the one energy or uni-verse. This energy is primarily good or God/ESS energy (God or Goddess is not outside but truly within all). Ego limitations create duality or multiplicity across the universe, but the universal energy still runs through us all and can be felt and experienced in meditation (attunement). Its rigid egos that have blockages to the free flow of God/ESS energy. These ego blocks operate out of ignorance when we identify and attach to our limited personalities instead of recognising ourselves as One. Liberating ourselves from ego blocks and ignorance is the ultimate healing. It helps us understand the overall oneness of everyone and everything in this matrix of life. We no longer attach to the limited karmic cycles of our individual past lives. No longer are we affected by past karmas or unconscious forces of destiny. The liberated person expands infinitely to truly experience being one with the universe. Anyone and anything can be healed when their ego blocks dissolve. If ego blocks restrict either the sender or receiver healing delays. The meaning of healing is to join, patch up and reunite through the common Higher Self, God/ess or one energy of the universe that runs through us.  Meditation helps in letting go of our rigid ego blockages and opens up the aura to healing. Whether you employ gems, crystals, amulets, energy channeling, candles, words, music, yoga, visualisation, herbs…everything starts working for our good once we are open and ready. Healing integrates us. The more spiritually liberated we all are, the more healed and peaceful the universe becomes.

With this I conclude this three part series.

I encourage you to meditate and experience the truth for yourself through real intuition instead of merely reading these words.

The Words We Speak

A lot of us try to be positive in affirmations. Affirmations are simple statements spoken in present tense for positive effects.

Eg for slimming. “I am slim, trim and beautiful now.”
For wealth. “I have an abundance of wealth available to me at all times”
For love. “I am in a deeply loving and healthy relationship now”

These statements feel good and thats why they work.

However many of those who use affirmations have said they did not experience results quickly. Why?

The reason is they spoke affirmations a few times a day…and for the rest of the day they talked negative, thought negative and this canceled out a lot of the positive energy created by their affirmations.

For instance, the person who used the slimming affirmation, kept complaining about how she is so fat to her boyfriend and family members all day. So 90 percent energy of fat and just 10 percent of slim…did not give her sufficient results.

The person who spoke wealth affirmations ten times a day kept lamenting about how less he has when his wife went shopping, and how much he needs to save each penny when he had to buy what he needed. He bargained with every transaction and gave very less to others over fear of losing what he had. He kept saying he “cannot afford it”
So the major part of his energy was negative in contradiction to the few affirmations he did. How could he expect wealth to flow into his life then?

The person who practiced love affirmations once a week kept feeling sad and lonely the rest of the time and often sang…”Lonely, I am so lonely…” in his mind. So that is the energy he manifested…sad, alone, loveless….not the affirmations.

That is why you need to be aware and conscious of your words and thoughts.

The first advise I give to people who approach me for readings is to rephrase their statements.

Eg. “I am going through such a crisis…big problem….bad things are happening….etc etc” – is cancelled and transformed to, “I experienced a situation ….(describe situation) and I am sure this can be healed now.”

Right at the start of the reading.

Always use past tense, neutral expression and detached emotionally while describing problems. Only if you observe it can you transform it.
It was an energy vibration. You caught it. You can let go now…no need to hold on to unwanted vibration. Say it like it has no power over you.

Most important for us is to be in the Now moment….a magickal time where anything can change. Whatever darkness you went through…you are not going through it anymore. Stop saying you are going through it if you dont want to go through it. It can be over right now.

Say only positive words in the present tense.

This is the most important magickal advise for you to follow should you want beautiful and good things to fill your life.

Use only positive words in the present tense.

Practice this daily in everything you think and say, and only good comes your way.

Who doesn’t want a happy life..

I know you keep saying you do but the truth is you do not…or at least did not so far. If anything, you wanted and got problems, difficulties, worries and issues to handle day after day.

Example 1. You got up late and landed late at work…and you said…”I am late for work” all throughout the journey…and felt angry at yourself and at all the cars before you, and at the elevator for being so slow, among other things and people
Naturally you were very late and had a bad day at work too, because your mood set the tone. Your statement that ‘you are late’ delayed you more and more.

Example 2. You went for a tarot reading and expressed how “everything is going wrong in your life” with deepest frustration at God, Universe, at your previous healer, your boss, ex, spouse or in laws to name a few
Its extremely unlikely that with such a mindset you atttracted a satisfying and happy life. After all you are the God or Universe of your existence and you decided to be your worst enemy. And your negative statements said in the present tense came alive because you said them in continuous tense instead of stating them as past.

Example 3. You were reading a newspaper or book, or watching a tv show or movie full of negative happenings such as murders, thefts, rape, kidnapping, disasters, end of the world, poverty, illness or numerous other morose topics….and worse…..you were feeling those emotions vividly with involvement.
Then why were you surprised when negativity magnified in your life experience and came closer to your reality.

Example 4. You kept thinking of your ex and wanted him back…neverminding he had a chain of affairs and cheated everyone he dated
Then why are you so puzzled about why all your boyfriends ended up cheating you? Its the energy of your ex that you attracted by wanting it back.

Example 5. You felt life is worthless. You kept lamenting about your sadness..,at how people are always mistreating you or how you were always hurt by others.
Your sadness attracted more sadness to you again and again in a very logical way and only you had the power to break this chain.

You do not have to go to your past lives to see what caused your present problem. Your present energy state determines everything. Its not your past that determines your future…its your vibrations right now that are creating your life experience.

Just transform the vibrations.

Basically your energy will determine your life.
Choose to be happy…even if things go wrong somehow your fantasy will come alive. Imagine something nice. Sing happy songs in your head. Surround yourself with positive things that give you good feelings.

Focus on the following:-
1. Thinking positive and saying positive statements in present tense to yourself and others
2. Feeling positive and happy
3. Doing positive things…good deeds, helpful acts, being ethical
4. Having faith in your highest self…there is a version of you wnhich is perfect and positive and you can always achieve it
5. Last but not the least…perform spells, starting with simple affirmations or creative visualisation to more advanced magick. It works!

DAILY PRACTICE FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS
 

Daily meditation is a great way to clear the mind and also to get positive energy flowing inside us.

 
“Just for today – do not worry.” This is the first Reiki Principle (Reiki is a simple system of energy work that can be learnt by any beginner). 
 
Stress and strain is harmful to both mind and body. At the same time it can block our manifestation. So try not to get worried or stressed up. Do not use negative words and do not think negative and harmful thoughts. Always be in happy state.If people are being negative – do not let them affect you. If some disturbance or stress is around – just do not absorb it. Take positive steps instead.
 
Remind yourself daily that you are feeling good. DO NOT SAY negative things in present tense such as – I am worried, I am feeling bad, I don’t have this or that, This person or that person is harming me…..etc etc. 
 
Put them all behind you in past. You WERE feeling like this and facing negativity but NOW it is all changing. You are changing. So everything will follow.
 
You can Transform all Tensions into Intentions.
You will see that all goals and targets will be achieved with the power of inner self.
 
Just relax and make crystal clear intentions
Step 1: Imagine you are in a bubble or cocoon of white light from all around. It will protect you.
 
Step 2: With eyes closed preferably (but can be done with eyes open also with practice) – Breathe in deeply and breathe out (try breathing in through the nose and breathing out via the mouth) in a relaxed and natural way without straining or thinking. Repeat several times trying to keep mind free of thoughts. Do this for a few minutes any time of the day.

 
Step 3: After you open eyes say positive affirmations (positive and clear statements) such as the following as many times a day as you can:
- I am now relaxed and positive
- All my targets and goals are achieved effortlessly
- It is easy for me to manifest success
- Today is a great day and wonderful achievements are mine
- I am grateful for all the positive energy in my life
- Everyone and everything is now positive and bright
- I am happy, healthy and I feel great today
So be it!

Therefore: Remember to wish for only positive things that Harm None as it is a simple law of nature that what we give is what we get in return. No-one is above this law. Nature is the universe, the god, the goddess. Let us be in balance with nature and its laws.
